Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.

  • It is returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

  • It is not a non-returnable item (see Non-Returnable Items).

Initiating a Return

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) to be returned

  • The reason for return

  • Photo(s), if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our system will generate a Return Authorization and provide shipping instructions based on your location.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item was incorrect

  • The item was damaged upon delivery

  • You received a defective product

For all other cases, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure secure delivery back to our facility.

Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund times may vary by financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges directly. If you want a different item or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to safety or electronic restrictions (e.g., electronic modules, custom or special-order parts). These items are eligible for return only if they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receipt with photos and your order ID. We will prioritize resolution with a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. If your order is already in transit, our return policy applies after delivery.
